I/we hereby express my/our interest in the allocation procedure “Sale of the property Humboldthafen, northern part” as
described in the documents for the preliminary competition and request your permission to participate in the tendering
procedure.
My/our application consists of the documents listed on Form F1. The contracting authority may verify the information on those
documents at any time with the guarantee of confidentiality and may request additional documents it considers necessary.
Furthermore, my/our signature serves to confirm that I/we have thoroughly checked the documents and can evaluate the
proposal and the conditions of the procedure with the precision required for the application, and that I/we agree to the rules
that have been outlined for the procedure.
I/we will treat as confidential all knowledge and information that the contracting authority provides about the property in
question, whether it is stored on paper, electronically or by some other means or communicated verbally. I/we will only use the
information given to me/us to reach a decision about purchasing the property in question and to draw up a bid. I/we agree to
comply with all data protection laws.
I am/we are aware that the obligation to maintain confidentiality to comply with data protection provisions continues to apply if
no contract is concluded between the interested party and the Liegenschaftsfonds regarding the aforementioned property. In
this case I/we will return documents that have made available provided to me/us without any request having to be made to this
effect. Copies may not be kept and must be destroyed.
I/we will also direct my/our employees, agents and/or subcontractors and consultants to comply with data protection laws and
to maintain confidentiality. I/we will also allow the contracting authority to check that the obligations entered into are being
honoured.
