3.4.2.1 Submission of
an indicative bid
Beabsichtigt ist Folgendes:
Formelle Voraussetzungen:
Als Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am
Verhandlungsverfahren gilt die schriftliche
Benachrichtigung durch die ausschreiben-
de Stelle.
Mit der Benachrichtigung werden die Teil-
nehmer am weiteren Verfahren (Bieter)
insbesondere konkretisierte vertraglich-
liegenschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen er-
halten. Beabsichtigt ist vor allem, allen
Teilnehmern den Entwurf eines Grund-
stückskaufvertrages als Grundlage für die
Abgabe indikativer Angebote an die Hand
zu geben.
Mit der Benachrichtigung läuft die Frist für
die Abgabe eines Angebotes. Die im
Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgewählten Be-
werber werden mit der Benachrichtigung
aufgefordert, ihre Angebote mit Ablauf der
Angebotsbearbeitungsfrist einzureichen.
Die ausschreibende Stelle hat eine Wert-
ermittlung in Auftrag gegeben und wird auf
dieser Grundlage denjenigen Bewerbern,
die zur Abgabe eines Angebotes aufge-
fordert werden, einen Mindestverkaufs-
preis in Form eines positiven Geldbetrages
mitteilen. Angebote, die diesen Mindest-
verkaufspreis nicht erreichen, können vom
weiteren Verfahren ausgeschlossen wer-
den.
Weitere Informationen zu einzureichenden
Unterlagen, Nachweisen und Konzepten,
zu Abgabefrist und Abgabeort, zu den
zuständigen Gremien sowie zu Rückfra-
gemöglichkeiten werden den Bietern zu-
sammen mit der Aufforderung zur Abgabe
eines Angebotes mitgeteilt werden.

The procedure will take place as follows:
Formal prerequisites:
A prerequisite for participation in the
negotiating process is written notification
from the contracting authority.
Participants in the further stages of the
process (bidders) will receive the specific
contractual framework with the notifi-
cation. The main aim is to provide all
participants with drafts of the purchase
contract so that they have at their disposal
the necessary documentation to submit an
indicative bid.
Receipt of the written notification signals
the start of the bid-submission period.
Along with the notification, the selected
applicants will be requested to submit
their bids by the end of the bid-processing
period.
The contracting authority has commis-
sioned an expert appraisal of the property,
which will provide the basis for the mini-
mum sale price. The applicants who are
requested to submit a bid will be informed
of this price as a specific sum of money.
Bids that are lower than the minimum sale
price may be excluded from subsequent
procedures.
Along with the invitation for bid sub-
mission, bidders will be provided with
more details on the documents, infor-
mation and concepts they are expected to
provide, on the deadline and address for
submissions, on the responsible com-
mittees and on the person/s to contact in
case of enquiries.
