Der Investor (Bewerber) muss folgende
Angaben bzw. Unterlagen zum Nachweis
seiner technischen Leistungsfähigkeit bei-
bringen:

Angaben zu in den letzten zehn
abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren vom
Bewerber oder unter seiner Beteiligung
durchgeführten Kunstpräsentationspro-
jekten (Museen, Ausstellungen, Kunst-
schauen u.Ä.) (Formblatt F7);
Angaben zu vom Bewerber durchge-
führten Immobilienprojektentwicklun-
gen in den letzten drei abgeschlos-
senen Geschäftsjahren, die nach Art
und Umfang mit den für das zum
Verkauf anstehende Grundstücksareal
beabsichtigten Nutzungen vergleichbar
sind (Formblatt F7).
Die Referenzen zu vom Bewerber oder
unter seiner Beteiligung durchgeführten
Kunstpräsentationsprojekten müssen An-
gaben enthalten zu Art und Gegenstand
des Kunstpräsentationsprojekts, Bezug zur
zeitgenössischen Kunst, Funktion und
Aufgabe des Bewerbers, Eigen- und Fremd-
leistungen, Realisierungszeitraum sowie
ggf. zum Auftraggeber. Für den Teilnah-
mewettbewerb werden maximal fünf Re-
ferenzen berücksichtigt.
Die Referenzen zu durchgeführten Immo-
bilienprojektentwicklungen müssen Anga-

Investors (applicants) must provide the
following information and documents to
demonstrate their technical capacity:
• Information concerning art presentation
projects (museums, exhibitions,
art shows, etc.) that the applicant has
organised or participated in during the
last ten full fiscal years; (Form F7);
• Information about real-estate projects
that the applicant has worked on during
the past three full fiscal years that are
comparable in style and scope to the
intended usage of the property to be
sold (Form F7).
References regarding art presentation
projects that the applicant has organised
or participated in must contain information
pertaining to the type of project and its
contents, its relevance to contemporary
art, the applicant’s role and duties within
the scope of the project, the work
performed by the applicant and by other
parties, the time period of the project and,
if applicable, the contractor. Please
provide a maximum of five references for
the preliminary competition.
References to real-estate projects that the
applicant has worked on must include
information about clients, in-house labour
and contracted services, types of usage,
the buildings’ base area and net floor area,
dates of construction and costs for
purchasing the site, planning and construction.
