2.3.3 Land charge register
In Abt. III sind keine Eintragungen
verzeichnet.
Für ein Trennstück von 678 m² des
vormaligen Flurstücks 386 (Verkehrsfläche
Friedrich-List-Ufer), das zunächst als Teil
des Flurstücks 519 und nunmehr zu-
sammen mit den Flurstücken 314/2,
314/3 und 369 als Teil des Flurstücks 555
fortgeführt wird, ist als Baulast im Bau-
lastenverzeichnis eingetragen:
„Das Grundstück, Grundbuch von Moabit,
Blatt 16525, Flurstück 386 – Verkehrs-
fläche Friedrich-List-Ufer, davon das
Trennstück = 678 m² in den Punkten
A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-A gilt zusammen mit
den Grundstücken Grundbuch von Moabit,
Blatt 15912, Flurstück 474 – Alt-Moabit 1,
Grundbuch von Moabit, Blatt 9024,
Flurstück 476 – Alt-Moabit 1, Flurstück
475 – Alt-Moabit 1, davon das Trennstück
= 384 m² in den Punkten X-Y-Z-a-b-c-X,
Flurstück 478 – Alt-Moabit 1, davon das
Trennstück = 31 m² in den Punkten
d-e-f-g-d und Flurstück 513 – Alt-Moabit 1,
davon das Trennstück = 558 m² in den
Punkten H-N-M-L-K-J-I-H, weiter das
Trennstück = 51 m² in den Punkten
O-P-Q-O und das Trennstück = 1.763 m² in
den Punkten R-S-T-U-V-W-R, alle vorge-
nannten Flurstücke und Trennstücke in der
Flur 52 belegen und in dem Lageplan des
öffentlich bestellten Vermessungsinge-
nieurs Dipl.-Ing. Wanjura vom 26.03.1999,
zuletzt geändert: 05.05.2003, dargestellt,
als ein Baugrundstück, solange die zwei im
o.g. Lageplan dargestellten geplanten Bü-
gelgebäude lt. Bauantrag vom 27.09.1998
bestehen werden.“
Bei dieser Baulast handelt es sich um eine
Vereinigungsbaulast für den Hauptbahn-
hof, aus der sich für das verfahrensgegen-
ständliche Grundstücksareal keine Ein-
schränkungen ergeben.

Section III is empty.
A 678 m² section of the subplot formerly
designated No. 386 (the thoroughfare
Friedrich-List-Ufer), which was initially part
of subplot 519 but has now has been
amalgamated with subplots 314/2, 314/3
and 369 to create subplot 555, is listed in
the land charges register.
“The property, Moabit land register, page
16525, subplot 386 – thoroughfare Friedrich-List-Ufer
– of which a 678 m² section
in points A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-A, is applicable
as a site for building, in conjunction with
the properties in the Moabit land register,
page 15912, subplot 474 – Alt-Moabit 1,
Moabit land register, page 9024, subplot
476 – Alt-Moabit 1, subplot 475 – Alt-
Moabit 1, of which a 384 m² section in
points X-Y-Z-a-b-c-X, subplot 478 –
Alt-Moabit 1, of which a 31 m² section in
points d-e-f-g-d and subplot 513 –
Alt-Moabit 1, of which a 558 m² section in
points H-N-M-L-K-J-I-H, and also a 51 m²
section in points O-P-Q-O and a 1,763 m²
section in points R-S-T-U-V-W-R and all
above-mentioned subplots and sections
shown in plot 52 in the site plan drawn up
by the publicly appointed land surveyor
Dipl.-Ing. Wanjura on 26 March 1999,
which was last amended on 5 May 2003,
as a property as long as two planned
Bügelgebäude (frame buildings) that are
depicted in the above-mentioned site plan
and are detailed in a building application of
27 September 1998 have been erected. “
This public land charge was created when
properties were merged for the construction
of the Hauptbahnhof; it will not impair the
development of the property concerned in
this document.
