Strafgericht Charlottenburg und Gefängnis mit Hofmauern, 1896-97 von Adolf Bürckner und Eduard Fürstenau“ Für eventuelle Baumaßnahmen ist in jedem Fall eine denkmalrechtliche Genehmigung erforderlich. Baumaßnahmen sind grundsätzlich im Vorfeld mit der Unteren Denkmalschutzbehörde und dem Landesdenkmalamt abzustimmen. Detaillierte Aussagen zu denkmalpflegerischen Schwerpunkten für die Instandsetzung/ Modernisierung der Gebäude können erst in Abhängigkeit von den zukünftigen Plänen getroffen werden.
