Das Land Berlin, vertreten durch die Liegenschaftsfonds
Berlin GmbH & Co. KG, beabsichtigt, für das
Gelände des Robert-Koch-Forums der Charité ein
internationales Bieterverfahren durchzuführen. Dabei
handelt es sich um ein bedingungsfreies Verfahren,
ausschließlich öffentlich-rechtliche Vorgaben
sind für alle potentiellen Erwerber verbindlich.
Für die Immobilie in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Einrichtungen
der Bundesregierung wird ein Investor
mit hoher Bonität gesucht, der bereit ist, zeitnah
zur Beurkundung einen marktgerechten Kaufpreis
für das Grundstück zu zahlen, und ein der Historie
des Standortes angemessenes Nutzungskonzept
(Hochschule, Forschung, Wissenschaft) unter Einhaltung
der Belange des Denkmalschutzes und der
Vorgaben des Bebauungsplanes realisiert.
Auslober des Bieterverfahrens ist das Land Berlin,
vertreten durch die

Der LFB ist der vom Land Berlin eingesetzte
Treuhänder ausgewiesener landeseigner Immobilien.
Ansprechpartner für dieses Verfahren ist Herr
Andreas Mentzel.
Die Grundstücksvergabe erfolgt in Form eines internationalen
Bieterverfahrens. Bei diesem Bieterverfahren
handelt es sich nicht um eine Ausschreibung
nach den Regeln des auf öffentliche Vergabeaufträge
anwendbaren Vergaberechts. Es handelt sich
um eine für den LFB und das Land Berlin unverbindliche
Aufforderung zur Abgabe von Kaufangeboten.
Aus der Teilnahme an diesem Bieterverfahren, insbesondere
der Angebotsabgabe, lassen sich keine
Verpflichtungen des LFB oder des Landes Berlin
herleiten. Der LFB behält sich insbesondere vor, zu
jedem Zeitpunkt und ohne Angabe von Gründen das
Verfahren zu ändern oder zu beenden. Ansprüche
gegen den LFB sind ausgeschlossen, insbesondere

As representative of the state of Berlin, the Liegenschaftsfonds
Berlin GmbH & Co. KG (Berlin Property
Trust) has scheduled an international bidding
process for the former premises of the Robert Koch
Forum of the Charité hospital. The bidding process
is fair and open, as only provisions subject to public
law are binding to all potential buyers.
A creditworthy investor is sought for this property
in the direct vicinity of the government district.
The investor will be prepared to pay a market price
promptly after notarisation, will adhere to a concept
of usage (university, research, science) appropriate
to the history of the property and will observe
any requirements pertaining to the preservation
of historic monuments and the guidelines of the
land-use plan.
The promoter of the bidding process is the state of
Berlin, represented by
Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin GmbH & Co. KG (LFB)

LFB is the trustee of state properties appointed
by the state of Berlin. The contact person for questions
related to this process is Andreas Mentzel.
The property shall be awarded in an international
competitive bidding process. This bidding process
is not an invitation to tender according to the
contract award regulations applicable to public-
contract award mandates. It is a request for bids
which is non-binding for the LFB and the state of
Berlin. By participating in this bidding competition,
especially in bid submission, neither the LFB nor the
State of Berlin shall incur obligations. Furthermore,
the LFB reserves the right to modify or terminate
the procedure at any time without specifying a
reason. Claims may not be made against the LFB,
especially in the case of non-consideration of bids
and modification or termination of the procedure.
