The problem with HTML META is the missing function of bracing elements together
and of giving nested statements.
A full description of the RDF metadata that is used in MPRESS and in the respective
MMM tool was worked out by the MathNet technical advisory board of
the International Mathematical Union and is available at

In the next section we want to discuss the problems that arise when one wants
to migrate from the current system of MPRESS with use of HTML META to a
system based on RDF which we are currently doing in a project funded by the
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG).
