maximale Flexibilität. Was in den Köpfen und CAD-Anlagen der<br />
Entwicklungsabteilung entsteht, wird hier als Prototyp hergestellt<br />
und harten Tests unterzogen. Auch die Herstellung von Sonderwerkzeug<br />
für Spritzgussteile oder deren Modifikation kann Flexa schnell<br />

Due to our workshop and an own laboratory for tests we can act<br />
most flexibly. Any idea by our engineers and any solution provided by<br />
our CAD systems in the R&D Department is turned into a<br />
prototype and subjected to martial tests. Flexa is also in the<br />
position quickly and flexibly to design special tools for the<br />
production of injection-moulded devices and to modify such tools. For<br />
our customers, this means : Discover the difference – especially when<br />

Many milestones in the protective<br />
tubing technology such as the first<br />
SPR protective tubing made of metal<br />
or the Flexaquick thread system, which<br />
until today has set the benchmark for<br />
quick mounting and dismantling<br />
processes, give evidence of our<br />
pioneering spirit. So it is not a coincidence<br />
that the high-tech laser sector<br />
and the medical sector cooperate with<br />
us for new developments.<br />

Kunststoff-Spritzgussmaschinen und<br />
Extruder, CNC-Drehautomaten oder<br />
Drahtwendel- und Flechtmaschinen<br />
halten wir immer auf dem neuesten<br />
Stand der Technik. Dabei liegt die<br />
Konzentration nicht nur auf der<br />
Bearbeitung von Metall und Kunststoff.<br />
Insbesondere haben wir inzwischen<br />
auch umfassende Erfahrung in der<br />
Verarbeitung von Silikon gewonnen.<br />
An important pre-condition for the top<br />
quality of our products to be provided<br />
on a permanent high level is our<br />
machinery and plant pool. The fully<br />
automatic plastic moulding machines<br />
and extruders, CNC lathes, or wire<br />
winders and braiding machines are<br />
continuously modified and reflect<br />
state-of-the-art technology. We do not<br />
only focus on metal and plastic processing<br />
but have also gathered comprehensive<br />
