Für 1% vom Zuschlagspreis erstreckt sich der Versicherungsschutz auf einen Zeitraum von 8 Wochen nach dem
Kauf mit folgenden Leistungen:
80% Entschädigung bei Tod oder Nottötung infolge von Krankheit oder Unfall
80% Entschädigung bei dauernder Unbrauchbarkeit infolge von Krankheit oder Unfall
Mitversichert ist jeder Transport innerhalb der Versicherungszeit (Land-, Luft-, Seetransport) bis zum ersten
Käuferstall. Vertragsgrundlage sind die AVP TLP 01/2008 der VTV. Als Versicherungssumme gilt der Zuschlagspreis,
maximal EUR 75.000,–, bei Zuchtstuten und Fohlen EUR 25.000,–. Eine Anschlussversicherung kann auf eigene
Kosten innerhalb des Zeitraumes von 8 Wochen beantragt werden. Eine erneute tierärztliche und röntgenologische
Untersuchung ist dann nicht erforderlich. Wartezeiten entfallen. Für Käufer aus Nicht-EU-Ländern können
teilweise abweichende Konditionen gemäß AVB TLP 01/2008 gelten. Für nähere Informationen kontaktieren Sie

With the fall of the hammer you will also effect insurance for any stallion, colt, riding horse, broodmare, and foal
purchased in the auction at a premium of 1% of the hammer price. Underwriter is Vereinigte Tierversicherung
Gesellschaft a.G. (VTV)
The duration of cover is 8 weeks. Benefits include:
80% of the sum insured in case of death or humane destruction as a result of injury or illness.
80% of the sum insured in case of permanent loss of use as a result of injury or illness.
Cover extends to all transportation (by land, sea, air) within the time of coverage to the buyer‘s first stable. The contract
is concluded on the basis of the GCI TLP 01/2008 of the VTV. The sum insured is the hammer price, may 75 000 Euro,
broadmares and foals may 25 000 Euro. Extended insurance cover is available at your own account within the 8 week
period. In this case no veterinary and radiological re-examinations will be required and there is no waiting period
involved. Special partly conditions by GCI TLP 01/2008 for clients from Non-EU-Countries may apply. For any further
