ZETACLEAN 401
Cleaner for machines and systems

Description:
ZETACLEAN 401 contains cleaning components and a
combination of rust preventives and bactericides. The
dissolutions have a strong disinfectant effect against
bacteria, fungi and yeasts. This cleaner has been
especially conceived for systems filled with petrol-free
coolant dissolutions. ZETACLEAN 401 can either be
prepared separately or can be added to the solutions to
be drained without affecting the production procedure.

Application:
ZETACLEAN 401 should be used before each refilling
process of the coolant system for cleaning and
disinfection. The necessary residence time should be at
least 6 hours or more in case of heavier soiling or high
infestation of bacteria. You can easily work with it for 2-
3 days.

Note:
For the refilling of the machine/system with our petrolfree
coolant ZETASOL 120 it is not absolutely
necessary to rinse the canisters again, as the active
components of the cleaner ZETACLEAN 401 and
ZETASOL 120 are complementary.
