Are you about to graduate as an engineer or geoscientist? Or have you already

We offer a 2-year programme for graduates seeking an international career in a dynamic
and challenging environment.
Triple challenge
During the programme you will work in one of our business units. We will challenge
you in up to three different technical positions, giving you hands-on experience with
the support of experienced colleagues.
Combined theory and practice
You will gain an overall perspective by alternating between your job and advanced
theory training modules. The modules include innovation, entrepreneurship, project
management, process management, operational technology, finance, commercial
understanding, communication, business ethics and career development.
