DB93: Dansk Branchekode 1993.
Ved en EU-forordning at af 9. oktober 1990 blev det besluttet, at at EU's
medlemslande fra fra 1. 1. janaar januar 1993, Skulle skate benytte en ny ny fælles flles branchenomenklutuchenomenklatur
- NACE rev. 1-en revideret version af NACE fra 1970.
Dansk Branchekode 1993 er Danmarks Statistiks nye 6-cifrede
brunchenomenklatur, branchenomenklatur, som trådte tradte i i kraft 1. januar 1993. DB93 er
baseret pa på NACE rev.1, idet de 4 forste første cifre svarer til NACE rev.1,
mens de 2 sidste cifre er danske underopdelinger.
Den hidtidige danske branchegrupperivg branchegruppering - Danmarks Statistiks Erhvervsgrupperingskode
1977 (DSE77) IDSE77) - var en anderopdeling underopdeling af FN's
branchenomenklatur lSlC ISIC (International Standard Industrial Classification
of All Economic Activities).
DB93 er mere detaljeret end DSE77, idet den indeholder ii alt 813
brancher mod 579 i DSE77. Baggrunden er dels, at at NACE rev.1
indeholder langt flere grupper end ISIC dels at branchestrukturen branc:hestrukturen i de
danske erhvery erhverv er sogt søgt afspejlet bedst muligt.

De 4 standardgrupperinger afspejler afspeller et stigende detaljeringsniveau i
opdelingen. Kodestrukturen knytter sig til koderne i DB93 og angiver,
hvor i DB93 man befinder sig. 9-grupperingen anvender et-cifrede
lobenumre, løbenumre, mens 27-grupperingen er er 4-cifret, 53-grupperingen 5-cifret
og 111-grupperingen 1-grupperingen 6-cifret.

DB93: Danish Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities 1993.
On 9 October 1990 the EU passed a regulation which made it it
obligatory for all EU member states to introduce a new statistical
classification of economic activities in the European Communities -
NACE rev. 1 -- a revised version of NACE from 1970.
DB93 is a new 6-digit system ,, which came into force as of 1 January
1993. 0893 DB93 is is based on NACE rev.1. rev.l. The first 4 digits correspond to
NACE rev. 1, whereas the 2 last digits are Danish sub-groupings,
sub-groupings.
The former Danish Industrial Classification - Danmarks Statistiks Statistik's
DSE77 - was a sub-grouping of of the UN's industrial classification ISIC
(International llnternationul Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic
Activities). Activitiesl.
DB93 is more detailed than DSE77 as it comprises 813 industries,
compared with 579 in DSE77. The reasons for this are partly that
NACE rev. 1 csmprises comprises more groups than ISIC, partly that it it was intended
to reflect the Danish industrial structure in the best possible way.

publication Dansk Branchekode 1993, prepared by Danmarks Statistik
1992.
The transition to using DB93 in all tables of Danmarks Statistik will be
effected in connection with publishing statistics for 1993.
Below, 4 standard groupings are ure shown, with 9, 27, 53 and 111
groups, respectively. In the future, these groups will form the basis of
using DB93 in statistics published by Danmarks Statistik.
The 4 standard groupings reflect an increasing aggregation of detail in
the classifications. The code structure is linked to the codes in DB93.
The 9-digit grouping uses 1-digit serial numbers, wheras the 27-
grouping comprises 4 digits, 53-grouping 5 digits and 111-grouping 6
digits.
