The weights of the different components are alsoaverages, and correspond to the proportion of the total cost of the selectedconstruction type. This is valid for all three countries.Renovation of multi family houses is defined as complete renovation ofbuildings with a load-bearing reinforced concrete structure built from1953 to 1963. The renovation includes all rooms and adoption of thetechnical facilities to the current standards. External renovation includesthe renovation of the walls and roof as well as environment.73
