Ordre placering<br />
Alle ordre skal placeres hos Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> AS. Ordre bekræftelser + faktura udstedes i Dkr.<br />
Leveringsbetingelser<br />
Ab lager København.<br />
Betaling<br />
30 dage netto. Ved overskridelse af betalingsbetingelser påregnes 1,5% rente per påbegyndt måned + gebyr<br />
på 100,- Dkr. Betales forfaldne beløb ikke rettidigt overdrages sagen til inkasso med deraf omkostninger for<br />
skyldneren.<br />
For alle nye kunder gælder forudbetaling ved afgivelse af ordren indtil andet er aftalt.<br />
Reklamationer fragt Alle reklamationer skal anmeldes til Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> AS indenfor 4 arbejdsdage for ikke synlige skade <strong>og</strong> 2<br />
arbejdsdage ved synlige skader efter modtagelse af gods. Sker dette ikke bortfalder reklamations muligheden.<br />
Modtages varer synligt skadet som følge af transport skal dette anmærkes på fragtbrev ved modtagelsen.<br />
Kopi af dette skal fremsendes til Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> indenfor 2 dage efter modtagelsen af varer.<br />

Reklamationer i øvrigt<br />
Reklamationer på produkter skal anmeldes skriftligt til os så snart defekten opdages. Angivelse af<br />

Returneringer<br />
Returnering af varer accepteres alene hvis der er truffet forudgående aftale med Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> om dette.<br />
Kopi af faktura / følgeseddel skal vedlægges returgods sammen med et brev med henvisning til indgået aftale om returnering. Der er et standard<br />

Installation<br />
Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> AS foreslår altid at man anvender en autoriseret installatør til installation af elektriske<br />
artikler herunder <strong>og</strong>så lamper <strong>og</strong> armaturer. Sker dette ikke bortfalder Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong>s ansvar samt garanti<br />
for produktet.<br />
Forsendelser<br />
Møller & <strong>Rothe</strong> sender varer på billigste måde til kunden. Fremsendelse af varer til tredje part medfører<br />
bortfald af garanti på varer samt bortfald af reklamationsret for forsendelsen.<br />
