7. Cleaning the condensate trough with the heat exchanger removed
with cleaning agents! (Danger of damaging the condensate pump!)
In this case, only a damp cloth may be used.
If cleaning agents are used, they must be removed without leaving
any residues. The cleaning agent must not flow through the
condensate pump!
7a. when flexible hoses are used for the
2-pipe QSK HK
The convector must be de-energised prior to cleaning. Electrical
voltage! Danger to life!
Danger of scalding due to hot splash water! Danger of scalding
due to hot splash water! Thus, always close the inflow line and the
backflow line prior to removing the interior unit!
We recommend the use of flexible hoses with a minimum length of
500 mm and a rotatable screwed connection (articulation). The use of
flexible hoses is IMPOSSIBLE for a 4-pipe QSK HK!

7b. without the use of flexible hoses for the 2-pipe and 4-pipe QSK HK
The convector must be de-energised prior to cleaning. Electrical

inflow line and the backflow line prior to removing the interior
unit!
Close the inlet and the backflow valve in order to remove the heat
exchanger.
Loosen the cap nuts at the Eurocone connection.
