Preconditions for commissioning
The electrical and heating-technological installation of the entire system,
the component of which is the QSK HK, was completed as described in this
manual. The following items must be complied with:
Hydraulic system:
location
and pressure-tested for tightness.
changers
have been vented at the provided places if necessary.
Electrical system:
the respectively valid installation regulations for electric installations
and under consideration of this manual.
measures to be implemented by the customer, have been concluded
successfully.
Handling/operation
Switch on the circuits for the power supply of the QSK HK. At the AR
6010 KD-S or at the BMS you can set the target temperature and a desired
fan speed. You can find further information in the manual of the
AR 6010 KD-S or of the used building management system.
Normal operation with AR 6010 KD:
There are no delays in the so-called test mode (up to 30 minutes after commissioning).
A demand is immediately carried through in order to facilitate
a test run. As of 30 minutes after commissioning, the AR 6010 KD establishes
a starting and coasting delay (drive/fan) of 2 minutes each.
Normal operation with BMS:
The control signals of the control system are processed directly by the GS
2000. Starting and coasting delays must be programmed in the BMS on
site if necessary.
