Intended use
Möhlenhoff system convectors of the product series QSK HK are intended
for heating and/or cooling in closed rooms, for room heating or cooling
support purposes.
This unit is not intended to be used by people (including children) with
restricted physical, sensory or mental skills or who lack experience or
knowledge, except if they are supervised by a person responsible for
their safety or have received instructions on how to use this unit.
Children must be monitored in order to ensure that they do not play
with the device.
Product description
Möhlenhoff system convectors are high quality trench heaters, manufactured
state-of-the art and to the millimetre. The devices are protected by
appropriate packaging against exterior damage during transport.
In case of improper use, every fan-assisted system convector can pose dangers
to the user or to third parties. Impairments of the device or of other
assets may occur. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage
caused by improper use, installation or handling.
The QSK HK series system convectors supply tempered circulated air using
high-quality transversal flow fans and optimised heat exchangers. Thus,
they contribute to obtain a comfortable room climate. The high efficiency
of the very quiet transversal flow fans allows a fast and effective heating
of the air in the room.

surface finish for every system convector.

Resources
Water according to VDI 2035 or a water/glycol mixture (max. 30%) may
be used as operating medium.
Areas of application
The QSK HK series is used when the architectural setting requires an
economic and comfortable heating or cooling of the air in the room. The
high proportions of glass surfaces in modern buildings cause cold air protection
as well as a cooling function in case of strong sun exposure in the
window surface areas. Möhlenhoff QSK HK series system convectors are
intended for application in:
The QSK HK series can be installed in dry screed and cast plaster areas as
well as in cavity floors. If used in areas with mastic asphalt, special measures
have to be taken with respect to temperature shielding, because no
part of the QSK HK may become warmer than 120 °C!
Do not operate Möhlenhoff QSK HK series system convectors:
in areas with explosion hazard (danger of explosions)
in wet areas (danger of malfunction)
in in areas with air with high dust content or aggressive air
(danger of malfunction)
