<strong>DBCG</strong>-retningslinier 2009<br />

5.1.8.1 <strong>DBCG</strong>´s anbefalinger for adjuverende <strong>strålebehandling</strong><br />

Lumpektomi<br />

• Alle patienter uanset alder.<br />

• Indikationen for boost afhænger af alder og resektionsmargen. Således gives<br />

boost, hvis resektionsmargen er ≤ 5 mm og/eller alder < 50 år.<br />

• Omfanget af target afhænger derudover af radikaliteten af det kirurgiske indgreb i<br />

aksillen, lymfeknudestatus og sidelokalisation (venstre eller højre).<br />

Mastektomi<br />

• Alle patienter < 75 år med T > 50 mm og/eller positive lymfeknuder i aksillen (> 2<br />

mm).<br />

• Omfanget af target afhænger af radikaliteten af det kirurgiske indgreb i aksillen og<br />

sidelokalisation (venstre eller højre).<br />

• Alle patienter uanset alder med invasivt karcinom i profunde resektionsflade.<br />

• Højrisikopatienter ≥ 75 vurderes individuelt mht. forventet effekt og co-morbiditet.<br />
