5.1.8.1 DBCG´s anbefalinger for adjuverende strålebehandling
Lumpektomi
• Alle patienter uanset alder.
• Indikationen for boost afhænger af alder og resektionsmargen. Således gives
boost, hvis resektionsmargen er ≤ 5 mm og/eller alder < 50 år.
• Omfanget af target afhænger derudover af radikaliteten af det kirurgiske indgreb i
aksillen, lymfeknudestatus og sidelokalisation (venstre eller højre).
Mastektomi
• Alle patienter < 75 år med T > 50 mm og/eller positive lymfeknuder i aksillen (> 2
mm).
• Omfanget af target afhænger af radikaliteten af det kirurgiske indgreb i aksillen og
sidelokalisation (venstre eller højre).
• Alle patienter uanset alder med invasivt karcinom i profunde resektionsflade.
• Højrisikopatienter ≥ 75 vurderes individuelt mht. forventet effekt og co-morbiditet.
