Det kræver mere end nogle enkelte kvindelige it-ikoner at sikre ligestilling i it-branchen. Det er tværtimod nødvendigt med en revolution af virksomhedspraksis. For, når alt kommer til alt, er en økonomi, hvis bundlinie afhænger af menneskers viden og kreativitet, lige så afhængig af at udvikle kvinders viden og kreativitet effektivt, som den har udviklet mænds. Kun så længe kvinders iværksættertalenter udnyttes, vil det menneskelige potentiale i den nye økonomi kunne realiseres. Og kun derved kan den “nye” økonomi leve op til sit navn.
