will be drawn to the kitchen, which blends<br />
stylishly with its neighbouring dining and<br />
living spaces. The butler’s pantry is the<br />
perfect complement. it comes with sink<br />
and window for outside viewing, making it<br />
a perfect room for food preparation and to<br />
hide away the dirty dishes, especially as the<br />
fridge and freezer are also situated there.<br />
in the kitchen, side by side ovens take<br />
away the need to bend and offer extra<br />
cooking space when catering for larger<br />
numbers. textured tiles line the wall behind<br />
the cooktop right up to the ceiling, offset by<br />
cabinetry that is fitted down from the ceiling<br />
and into which are incorporated the range<br />
hood and lighting. The effect is unique,<br />
classy and more spacious.<br />
Acrylic panelling on the kitchen cabinetry<br />
and recessed handles give a seamless look in<br />
this top of the line kitchen that includes deep<br />
double sinks, a tower mixer complete with<br />
extendable hose, engineered stone bench<br />
which at 50 millimetres is thicker than usual,<br />
and the waterfall legs that support the extra<br />
wide island, making it ideal for dining,<br />
socialising or working on.<br />
Boxed ceilings are features in both the<br />
lounge and living room. in the latter living<br />
space, tiles have been used to great effect,<br />
as backing for the fireplace wall which has<br />
a nifty shelf halfway up and wall mounted<br />
television directly above.<br />
All the smaller bedrooms have double<br />
wardrobes and the main bedroom, a walkin<br />
robe and ensuite. This room is tucked<br />
away at the other end of the house offering<br />
privacy; an attractive feature if teenagers or<br />
additional adults are living there. A really<br />
nice touch too, is the built-in cabinetry in<br />
the wardrobes, ensuite, storage cupboards<br />
and in the living room and main bedroom<br />
where the space might also be adapted into a<br />
study nook.<br />
Both the main bathroom and ensuite are<br />
fully tiled. The former has bath and glass<br />
shower while the ensuite, a walk-in tiled<br />
shower and double vanity.<br />
Storage is excellent, in the separate laundry<br />
which has cupboards and a bench, the<br />
two very generous hall cupboards, and the<br />
cylinder cupboard that is neatly tucked away<br />
at the end of the hallway near the double<br />
garage.<br />
This house has a hi/five roof, plaster finish<br />
and cedar cladding that harmonises with<br />
large cedar decking from the living areas<br />
and main bedroom. All contribute to make<br />
this an extremely handsome home and one<br />
worth viewing.<br />
