Direct to Store Local suppliersHarris Scarfe store deliveries do not do not currently require the EDI platform as our stores do notexpect ASN’s nor have the ability to scan receive EDI orders.Suppliers can elect to receive EDI transmissions of orders without the requirement for ASNtransmission and Scan labelling to our EDI standards. This would require suppliers to have at least anEDI receiving capability.Suppliers may also take advantage of Option 4 above that also allows receiving of orders via ourWeb based platform Webcom and also offers label printing options.Cross Dock -Overseas SuppliersAll Harris Scarfe import orders are subject to the same electronic trading standards as are our localcross dock suppliers , however , Harris Scarfe utilises the electronica trading capabilities of ourGlobal Freight Forwarder Cargo Services to maintain/provide the capability of electronic orderreceiving, scan labelling and Electronic ASN transmission on behalf of Harris Scarfe overseassuppliers.
